Password characters are selected with your browser's crypto.getRandomValues() interface using rejection sampling.
Passphrases use EFF Short Wordlist #1. Eight words provide about 83 bits of search space before optional formatting.
ACA does not receive the generated value. As with any web tool, use a reputable installed password manager for your most sensitive credentials.
